Activities for High Energy Kids

Is your child a bundle of energy?
Keeping him in one place even if it’s for a few minutes makes you want to pull your hair?
Colouring does not interest him?
Is your living room always a mess?
Are the pillows being used as trampoline?
Does the bathroom look like it has been hit by a hurricane?
Craft activities are a big No-NO?

If the answers to all these questions are YES, then jump on board the “Mom to a spirited child wagon”.  Let’s take a minute, ladies & give yourself an extra pat on your back because as a parent of an energy ball you're working harder than any other parent whose child is simply not as intense, relentless, and resounding as yours. Your child is just more of everything.
Now just how does one handle something like this without losing their cool?

Handling an energetic child can be difficult & stressful both mentally & physically but one must remember to maintain a positive outlook. Here are a few activities that will help your child neutralize his high energy levels.
