Adventure is always fun for kids, and this month our Birthday Theme pick revolves just around that - Going on an Adventure!

I will start with just a picture I got. This is a great idea for a photo booth for the theme. And its very simple to create as well. Photo Credit -  Angela D Photography

December Pick - Bubble Theme Party

Disclaimer - ** This is a theme based post which we do every month. We are not trying to promote birthday parties inspired from the west (if you didn't get the hint, you might might want to check the first comment in our November Super Girl theme birthday post).

This month the super cool mom Sanaa A'esha shared the idea of a Bubble Theme Birthday Party. This is what she chose to celebrate her son's 2nd Birthday. His first birthday also featured on Momsters, the Little Man theme was a huge hit with our readers.

I loved everything ‘under water’ as a child, still do. I always wanted a party on this theme, unfortunately back then themed birthday parties won’t so popular… So I guess few years down the line I will sure plan an underwater birthday for Z. I promise most of you will, after you go through this post.

‘Today is your day… your mountain is waiting.  So… get on your way.”

Dr. Seuss is one of Zoe’s favorite, like Zoe I used to love Seuss as a kid…. Who doesn’t? That’s the reason why we decided to make September ‘Seusstatic’ with our birthday theme pick.

Kids Birthday Checklist

If you are planning to organize your kid's birthday party and intend to do most of the things yourself... then a detailed Birthday Checklist would help you organize better. It would also keep you sane, with a nice checklist you can avoid undue stress.

It is easier to hand over the preparations to an expert. Someone who can easily delegate all the tasks to their efficient team... but there would be something missing, a personal touch maybe.

I have been a pro at organizing events (yeah I'm saying that myself :)) both at home and at work during pre-Zoe days. I prepared this list when we threw my nephew's 1st birthday party. I took the list out, it's been more than 3 years since I last used it. I tweaked it a little and thought of sharing it with you guys... You might want to change it a bit to suit your needs but this would come real handy for sure. I started organizing the party from October for a party in December, so we divided the list into various sections. Things to do 2 months before, 1 month before, 3 weeks before, 2 weeks before, a week before, 3 days before and on the Day.

We have tried to incorporate as much as we could think of, if you think there is something missing, do let me know and we'll be happy to add.

To print the picture, click on the image, and print it in the original size.

Robot Theme Birthday Party (Top Picks)

Who doesn't like robots? I love Wall-E. A robot theme birthday party is not very common though, but it would be a sure shot hit with preschoolers and older kids.
  • Pizzazzerie show us how a tough theme like Robot can be turned into super cute birthday. We personally loved the Robot face cut-outs

A Pajama Party for your Little One - Top Picks

Zoe is a huge Barney Fan and her favorite Barney DVD is Barney’sPajama Party DVD. The girl is a little over 2 years, but loves saying Pajama…Pajama Party. She sure doesn’t know what it means, but Zoe gave me a perfect idea for Momsters March Birthday Theme.  This is a perfect theme for children of 6 years and above, generally it is believed this is a girly theme but I’d beg to differ. Boys will enjoy a Pajama parties or slumber parties as much.
