December Pick - Bubble Theme Party

Disclaimer - ** This is a theme based post which we do every month. We are not trying to promote birthday parties inspired from the west (if you didn't get the hint, you might might want to check the first comment in our November Super Girl theme birthday post).

This month the super cool mom Sanaa A'esha shared the idea of a Bubble Theme Birthday Party. This is what she chose to celebrate her son's 2nd Birthday. His first birthday also featured on Momsters, the Little Man theme was a huge hit with our readers.

Food for E's birthday was also based on the theme, Sanaa chose everything that pops, and everything round. They served:
  • Cake pops
  • Caramel popcorn
  • Chocolate fondue fountain (to dip cake pops)
  • Pizza Poppers (buns stuffed with pizza filling)
  • Tuna balls
  • Bubbly pani puri with veggie and mexican beef stuffing
  • Circle cut out chicken sandwiches
  • Jelly beans
  • Polka dot birthday cake with a gelatine bubble
Here are some food pictures.

Needless to say the activities and props were also based on bubbles, like:
  • Bubble wands in everyone's initial
  • Wands in different shapes and sizes
  • Bubble guns
  • Buckets of bubble solution (Soap + warm water + sugar = big bubbles)
  • Bubble painting
  • Getting kids faces inside the bubble

The place was decorated keeping the theme in mind:
  • Photo-op - the colourful bubble wall
  • Twine bubbles
  • White floating balloons
  • Return gifts were bubble wrapped

No points for guessing the dress code was 'Polka Dots'

We loved the bubble party Sanaa, so creative! We looked for other idea on the same theme, and you might like our Top 5 Bubble Parties (after Sanaa's of course)
