Different Smoothies same Method
Banana Smoothie rich in magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, folate-
Ingredients-
- 1 Chopped Banana
- 1/4th cup of Curd
- 1/4th cup Orange Juice (optional)
Mango Smoothie rich in calcium, vitamin A, folate, magnesium
Ingredients-
- 1/2 cup Chopped Mango
- 1/4th cup of Curd
Strawberry Smoothie rich in calcium, vitamin A, folate, Vitamin C
Ingredients-
- 1/2 cup Chopped Strawberry (cleaned and washed nicely)
- 1/4th cup of Curd
Method-
- Mix in a Blender till smooth and creamy.
- Serve Immediately
- Pick fresh seasonal food instead of packed food especially for babies
- When introducing a new fruit make sure you introduce one fruit at a time to check allergies.
