Smoothies - Baby Food

 Different Smoothies same Method

Banana Smoothie rich in magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, folate

Ingredients-
  • 1 Chopped Banana
  • 1/4th cup of Curd
  • 1/4th cup Orange Juice (optional)

Mango Smoothie rich in calcium, vitamin A, folate, magnesium


Ingredients-
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Mango
  • 1/4th cup of Curd

Strawberry Smoothie rich in calcium, vitamin A, folate, Vitamin C


Ingredients-
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Strawberry (cleaned and washed nicely)
  • 1/4th cup of Curd
Method-
  • Mix in a Blender till smooth and creamy.
  • Serve Immediately
Always Remember:
  • Pick fresh seasonal food instead of packed food especially for babies
  • When introducing a new fruit make sure you introduce one fruit at a time to check allergies.
