Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp Sooji (Semolina)
- 1 and 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4th tsp ghee
- 3/4th tsp Cardamom Powder
- sugar to taste
- Place ghee in a small pan.
- Let the ghee melt and get a little warm.
- Add semolina, roast till it becomes brown (not too dark)
- Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder
- Let the milk boil on low flame, keep stirring occasionally till milk reduces to more than half
