Suji Kheer

Ingredients 
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp Sooji (Semolina)
  • 1 and 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4th tsp ghee
  • 3/4th tsp Cardamom Powder
  • sugar to taste
Method
  • Place ghee in a small pan.
  • Let the ghee melt and get a little warm.
  • Add semolina, roast till it becomes brown (not too dark)
  • Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder
  • Let the milk boil on low flame, keep stirring occasionally till milk reduces to more than half
